Staying at this hotel was a mixed bag - the corner room had a nice view, was ground floor and spotlessly clean which was great, but being on the corner wasn't ideal. The service was exceptional, from the friendly staff including Hassan who made us feel like part of the family, to the efficient room service and attentive staff always ready to assist. The location was ideal for leisure with a pristine beach and great staff like Ismail ensuring a delightful experience. Dining had its glitches with a delayed trip booking, but the overall service was top-notch. The facilities were well-maintained and offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay, making it a good value for money.
